Are YOU a MEM?
•Master Excuse Maker?
When it comes to working out I hear so many excuses. Do you have a long list of reasons to avoid exercising?
Here are the top 3 excuses I hear:
Excuse #1: Time ~ “I don’t have time.” If you have time to scroll Facebook, you have time to exercise. If you have time to watch TV, you have time to exercise. Set your alarm 40mins earlier and get a 30min workout done in the morning! Go for a walk on your lunch break! I’m certain you can really find the time! It’s more like you don’t find it worth the time (news flash make the time now or you’ll be wishing you did later!)
Excuse #2: Tired ~ “I’m too tired.” Guess what!!?? Best way to give yourself an energy boost is with exercise!! It seriously boosts your energy levels!! Get moving (& don’t stare at the time)! ALSO be sure to get enough sleep!
Excuse #3: Boredom ~ “I’m bored with my routine.” I totally get this! It happens! I get bored too! BUT you know what!? It’s easy to change it up!! Choose a new route if your a walker/runner, start a new workout program (which I’ve got connections to 1000’s of workouts you can access for a FULL YEAR…just ASK ME 😉, ask a friend to go join you, or heck sign up for a team sport.

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
