I’ve been working with someone for a few months now and we were speaking about their progress. Of course everyone wants to see progress faster and I wish I could wave a magic wand and say “walah here this is what’s going to happen”. BUT it doesn’t work like that. You have to put in the commitment. The dedication. The determination. The time.
Realistically the best thing about this situation is that they’ve been focused on their lifestyle change journey in a healthy manner. They look good and feels healthier. They don’t look drawn out and tired. They don’t feel exhausted and weak. They’ve enjoyed life and are living life through these past few months and still now at the present time. They’ve learned ups and downs and weekly I say how great they’re doing and how inspiring and motivating they’ve been for others to see. Just about 20 pound weight loss has happened in a healthy way. With healthy eating they’ve watching their nutrition and understanding what portion control and balanced diet can do.
Healthy, determined, dedicated, slow and steady really will win this race!
Mindset is key. You have to not GIVE UP AND GIVE IN on yourself!!
