3 Ingredient Pancakes
•1 Medium Banana
•1/3 Cup Rolled Oats (not instant)
-Blend Oats in processor or blender until preferred consistency of oat flour
-Add mashed banana, cinnamon, & egg to blender and blend until thoroughly mixed
*If seems to thin add more oats/oat flour
— Using oil (I suggest coconut oil) or butter (real butter NOT fake crap) and prepare and make your pancakes on the stove.
WAHLAH DONE EASY!!
Enjoy with fresh fruit, pure maple syrup, etc.
