Never miss a Monday!! Monday is also a great day to #refocus and #recommit!! 
Week 2 for me #focused and #recommitted with my challenge group workout!! 
Today I start my super refocus #refresh on nutrition!! Our bodies are so complex. The foods we eat have an affect on EVERYthing in our body! Our hormones, our organs…the works. 
Food is medicine! If something doesn’t seem right in your body I BETCHA food could be playing a HUGE role in that!! 
When in doubt only eat foods that don’t need a label <– EASY right!!?? Or as I quote “If it didn’t have a mother and it didn’t grow from the ground, don’t eat it.” ~Jillian Michaels. 
Refresh. Reset. Refocus. Recommit #joinme

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
