On a more serious note….I’m always saying in my classes that your CORE holds you strong and together!! Take if from me who used to get steroid injections in my back for pain management for a stress fracture in my back! A strong core is KEY!!! I’ve strengthened my core so much that I no longer suffer like I used to!!!
Yoga is a fantastic way to engage your core. The stabilizing poses engages your total body and the stronger ones core is…the stronger one can stand…the better one can balance….the better ones body is over all and you’ll see the more things one can do!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
