Ok. So you’ve said it once or maybe you’ve said it multiple times, OR you’re *talking* about REALLY starting incorporating exercise into your life. Maybe you’ve started and fell off the wagon. Maybe it was exciting and you were ‘full steam ahead’ but then that excitement died off!!?? Before you realize it, those steps you were taking for a better healthier you, has completely come to a stop. It’s time to COMMIT or RECOMMIT! Dust off those sneakers and make exercise a top priority!!
•Change your mind set about what you feel you HAVE to do! –BONUS physical activity-RECREATION can be an opportunity to get fit! WHAT do you enjoy doing? Tennis? Walks? Dancing! Pick an activity and start incorporating it into your week. -Make it a routine! Make it second nature!
•Stay accountable!! Use an accountability parter! –Schedule walks or workout dates! Workout together and keep each other in check. Having another person to check in with makes workout out so much fun!!

•Have goals &/OR rewards. Set yourself expectations and hold yourself to them!! Consistency is Key!!
