#TransformationTuesday #TruthbombTuesday 😳I speak to tons of ladies everyday!! I always ask them to tell me what their health and fitness goals are. This one has always stuck in my mind. People tell me they want to lose #’s, tone up, eat healthier, make changes so their health reflects it and so they hopefully don’t have to rely on medications forever.
This dear lady came to me and said she just wanted to start something. Her daughter suggested they do it together and she had no specific goal but to ‘start something’. That was the first time I heard someone say that reason to me. It’s stuck with me ever since!! It’s the best goal I’ve heard!! It’s the most realistic goal someone can make! That ‘something’ you’re starting WILL turn into specific goals in time as YOU see that YOU are capable of MANY things!!
Even if you make your goal to be to do ‘something’ –> you’ll be amazed!! Please stop making excuses for not doing ‘something’ for yourself. No matter how you try to defend it…it meets the definition of ‘an excuse’ in my book! #truthbomb #sorrynotsorry YOU are worth something!! I feel so passionate about my challengers. I know changes are possible and I want to see them happy and healthy!!! I see to many people fall further and further into there struggles they share with me for the very same reasons WHY they should ‘start something’. So rethink your WHY…your reason you really ought to start something & make it YOUR goal to start ‘something’!!
