I made these salads the other day for some friends that came over! I was playing around with different things to make with carrots. I’ve made this 3 different times and each time different. This seems to be best combo so far πŸ‘πŸ˜

My spiced up carrot salad:

3-4 (medium) Carrots spiralized (depends on size of carrots so do more if feel you need to)
1-2 Tbsp (personal preference in amount) Toasted Sesame Seed Oil

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp Braggs Liquid Aminos

1 Clove chopped garlic

1/2 Tbsp parsley

A dash of cumin

1/4 tsp paprika

2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

1. -Mix dressing together throughly

2. -Pour over carrots mix and let sit for at least 30minutes

3. Serve over Kale or Kale/Sprout mix or Kale/Spring Mix (whatever you like)

4. Top with Golden raisins or cranberries or cherries πŸ˜πŸ‘

Play with flavor for personalization!! πŸ‘πŸ‘

I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
