Made this yummy salad today—I of course altered it a tad bit from original recipe SOOO below is my version!! My Son enjoyed helping with the carrots ππ
Asian Cabbage Salad
Dressing:
3Tbsp Rice Vinegar
2Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
2Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 1/4Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
Couple Dashes of Ginger Powder (or chopped fresh ginger)
Salad:
1 Small Head of Napa Cabbage
1 Large Carrot (Shredded or Spiraled)
2 Green Onions
1 Cup of Kale
1/4 Red Onion (optional)
Sprinkle with Black Sesame Seeds (after has sat to marinate-see below)

-Mix dressing ingredients in one bowl
-Mix Salad ingredients in another bowl
-Mix together and let sit in fridge for 15mins to marinate.

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
