SO I have a challenge for you if you choose to accept.
Most often what I hear when it comes to making a healthy lifestyle change, whether with me or on your own, is $$$-it’s expensive to eat healthier and workout.
So here’s my challenge to you. For 30 days keep a little notebook with you. Write down EVERYTHING you purchase. Coffee. Snack. Lunch. Pens. Food. Clothes. Gas. Etc. EVERYTHING. Essential or not.
I think you’ll be pretty surprised by the end of month at where you can actually can save $$.
I did this when it came to signing up for my first challenge- I TOO hesitated on making an investment into myself (for 8 months to be exact).
It’s a little tidbit I also like to keep in mind. You may think it’s expensive now BUT if you don’t take care of yourself the medical expenses will be much more expensive. It’s pay now or pay later 😕.
