SO I have a challenge for you if you choose to accept.
Most often what I hear when it comes to making a healthy lifestyle change, whether with me or on your own, is $$$-it’s expensive to eat healthier and workout.
So here’s my challenge to you. For 30 days keep a little notebook with you. Write down EVERYTHING you purchase. Coffee. Snack. Lunch. Pens. Food. Clothes. Gas. Etc. EVERYTHING. Essential or not.
I think you’ll be pretty surprised by the end of month at where you can actually can save $$.
I did this when it came to signing up for my first challenge- I TOO hesitated on making an investment into myself (for 8 months to be exact).
It’s a little tidbit I also like to keep in mind. You may think it’s expensive now BUT if you don’t take care of yourself the medical expenses will be much more expensive. It’s pay now or pay later π.
I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
