So as an online health & fitness coach sometimes I hear from those who are uncertain, that they fear, OR they’ve heard that the “Program doesn’t work”.
Here’s my experience, in over the 100s I have helped, guess what….they work!!
The KEY to living a healthier lifestyle {maybe it’s losing weight-maybe it’s feeling healthier-maybe it’s getting stronger-maybe it’s making efforts to get off of medications} THE KEY is ππ» getting you body up and moving AND a good diet NOT A DIET but YOUR diet –> you daily nutrition choices!!
So if the program “didn’t work”–> YOU didn’t do the work. Yup. Pointing the finger π³ππ»!
Did u eat at least 6x a day. A balanced recommended -proper portioned diet. Do the Workouts?
Or did u do the workout and negate it with your food choices?!
Or was your diet spot on but you 1/2a$$ed the workouts? Activity vs. productivity friends!!
The only people I’ve ever heard say this didn’t work for them were the ones who didn’t make the necessary changes to SEE changes.
You have to do it for yourself!!
Remember ~~YOU DIDN’T GET TO THE POINT YOU’RE IN NOW OVERNIGHT–SOOOO TO GET TO THE POINT YOU WANT TO BE IN WONT HAPPEN OVERNIGHT EITHER!!~~
