Soooo some may say –actually MANY may say I have an odd taste for food haha but to me it’s fuel for my body and that’s what matters really, right?!! We need to eat to live…not live to eat.
Usually my meals don’t ‘make sense’ to others -AND USUALLY- get the look from my husband like WHAT are you eating or WHATS this (pointing to something on the counter). I usually answer and say ITS GOOD- and he just smiles and says ‘OK’!
Dinner tonight was broccoli and eggs (seasoned) and sprinkled with nutritional yeast and hot sauce.
WHAAAATTT!? Ewww!! I hear you all now LOL.
Dain said that must be gross using yeast. I said its nutritional yeast and it tastes like Parmesan cheese AND he smiled and said ‘ok’.
Here’s a ‘Sarah find fact’ -when you eat cleaner your taste buds change!! Things that wouldn’t have any taste or think they’d taste gross –> TASTE GOOD! I crave these foods and when I eat more ‘junkie’ I crave THAT food. Sooooo when I need to get myself back on track, I refocus on cleaner eating, and it works every time. Give it a try CHALLENGE YOURSELF for a week!!
