Sweat. Yea sure lets talk about it!! There are benefits of sweating!! One that I really like the sound of is that our sweat glands excrete dermcidin a natural antibiotic!
So. Yea. I was that girl when I was younger that did not like to sweat when I went to the gym.

CRAZY right? Get a workout in without sweating!! I remember my first Insanity workout I was DRENCHED! But you know what?! I felt AWESOME AFTER! Some people are excessive lol -I’d call myself average haha BUT what I discovered really was that I wasn’t ‘working’ to my full potential! I feel so much can better when I’m stepping up my game, raising my body temp, and really going full force!! Don’t you?!

I love getting a great workout in and sweat is usually a good sign that I did so! So don’t be afraid to sweat LOL–PS. check out this article!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
