So I am a DARK CHOCOLATE kind of girl!!! Sometimes you just want to bite into a good piece of chocolate right?
Do I deprive myself if that? NOPE! I just make good choices!!! Live by that 80/20 ratio or so. 80% good eating and the occasional (20%) indulgent!
So what does this photo represent? It represents that when I want an indulgent in a sweet treat I just watch my other food intake for the day!
THAT is what making smart choices is about. Mind your health!! It’s when one decides a chocolate bar everyday, plus other not so good choices in addition to that sweet treat, that our bodies struggle!
