OK so a few months ago listening to Chalene Johnson on a podcast (the PiYo/Turbo Fire/Chalene extreme… programs founder) she talked about a lemon ginger water that she makes and drinks every day. I searched for her recipe and never found it. To my surprise today someone found it and shared it with me. So credit goes out to her for this recipe.
You will need:
Fresh lemon and fresh ginger, Cayanne pepper, springwater, blender, and a strainer.
I made a 32 ounce container of this yumminess with the juice of one lemon – A dash of cayenne pepper & nice size chunk of fresh ginger (about the size/thickness of a milk jug cap)
Add 4 ounces of water and blend blend blend. Strain your blended mixture into 32oz container and fill with water.
