I like tell my accountability challenge groups I host that they’re on a ‘lifestyle change journey’! There isn’t the term or phrase ‘going on a diet’ IN my vocabulary BECAUSE you NEED and WANT to make a lifestyle diet change–> it’s not A DIET it’s YOUR DIET that needs adjusting. It’s not just a 21 day-30 day-60 day workout binge ITS YOUR commitment to incorporating fitness into your daily life in one way-shape-or form!!!
I hope that if you’re here you are looking for some motivation and/or accountability support!! I hope to help LIGHT that fire for a lifestyle change! BUT I can only provide the ‘tools’ like a pile of wood and matches–it’s up to you to light it and keep it burning!!
