Why do some people have results and why do others not? Some people in my experience have results because they are fully committing themselves to a lifestyle change! They are changing things in their life that were constantly happening which are not necessarily happening now.
They are working out where they weren’t working out before. They are eating healthier where they weren’t eating healthy before. They are consuming less empty calories and more nutrient dense calories than they were before.
I’ve had challengers follow the program workouts daily but make no changes in their diet intake OR just figure ‘I worked out’ and negate their workout with their food.
If one wants results from the investment of time and $ put into a workout ONE NEEDS to dedicate themselves realistically to their fullest potential.
You can’t pretend you are doing what you need to do and cheat yourself! It takes time and dedication & when my fitness friends/family/challengers (call them what you want) have done that THEY have gotten results!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
