One. Step. At. A. Time

Let’s say you walk 30-60mins or a mile or 2 day. You could burn 100-200 calories or more (depending on terrain, current body and/or if you pick up intensity)
You also decide to cut out some extra calories during the day–kick the can (that soda can) or that extra carb at dinner.

Do that 3x a week. That’s 300/600(or more) calories burned a week & 100 or more calories less consumed each day/dinner.

Continue to do that and that’s the recipe for success. Making even the littlest changes will bring changes to your mind and body! The more effort you put in the more you’ll get out of it!!

It’s all about taking that STEP & making that choice!

Tough love question?!

What’s more important to you?

FB Newsfeed? TV show? Sitting and doing nothing for an hr because you’ve worked all day?

OR feeling good about yourself?

KEEPING IT REAL!! Can you honestly say you feel fantastic everyday? Can you honestly say you are –all the time– medication free because your body is great condition?

So you work all day…so do MOST people! So you’re a Parent…so are MANY others!

Here’s the real deal YES you may feel exhausted from those 2 ‘excuses’ above and maybe even more to add on top of that BUT if YOU want something bad enough NOTHING will get in your way!! I’m not saying 7days a week -2hrs worth/day. I’m saying SOMETHING is better than NOTHING AND doing so continually!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
