How about some 4 ingredient pancakes. Super easy to make and taste YUMMY to me!
2 types–> Coconut Banana & Oatmeal Banana
Oatmeal & Coconut Flour are great sources of fiber. When you eat these sources of fiber for breakfast, you’re going to feel fuller longer. Breakfast foods high in sugar and fat can make you feel full for a brief period, but then you’re hungry again. So eat up and feel good about your breakfast choice!
Coconut Banana:
1/2 Banana
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 Tsp Flax Meal
Optional: flavored powder spices (pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla etc)
Put in blender and blend together and cook on a coconut oiled pan π (if you don’t have a blender you can mash and mix)
Oatmeal Banana:
1/2 Banana
2 Eggs
4 Tbsp Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (+ 1Tbsp to add after blending)
1 Tsp Flax Meal
Optional: flavored powder spices (pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, vanilla etc)
Put in blender and blend together once blended stir in last Tbsp of oats for some whole pieces. Cook on a coconut oiled pan π (if you don’t have a blender you can mash and mix-use less Tbsp of oats-probably 3 would do).
Enjoy with some REAL Maple Syrup or Honey, or REAL Butter, or Fresh fruit…options are endless!
Makes about 4-5 pancakes (depends on size you’re making π)
