Ok. When I was a kid i remember my father used to make us Breakfast on Sundays. When he asked what I wanted french toast was also my answer!
NOW fall is approaching and pumpkins are pippin out everywhere. Soon you’ll see the pumpkin coffees and treats!!
Soooo how about some Pumpkin French Toast?!
2tbsp Pumpkin Purée
Dash of Pumpkin Spice
Splash Unsweetened Cashew Milk (or almond milk, coconut milk, milk milk…whatever you drink)
MIX and give a little taste-ADJUST TO your liking (more milk if needed to thin out more—little more spice…little more pumpkin…you play with the flavor!)
Once flavor is perfect ad an egg and whisk away!
Dip and cook :). Too with butter and fresh REAL maple syrup and ENJOY!
