Why do I do what I do?
Why do I post recipes & food pics that look good to me? And Shakeology? Because if it’s something I’d eat and feel it’s a good food choice I want to share that with others. I feel great with drinking Shakeology and I would love others to feel great too! Food has a huge part in how we physically and mentally feel each and every day!
Why do I post workout selfies and tips/motivation/etc BECAUSE I hope that even if just 1 person sees my photos that it motivates them to do something for themselves.
Why do I own a fitness studio (on top of my other job) and teach fitness classes, host fitness challenges, Yoga on the mtn events, & host a 5k/10k/paddle race in my small town? TO ENCOURAGE physical activity NO MATTER what level, age, male or female!
Do I do this for ME…yes in a sense I DO because it keeps ME accountable on myself BUT MORE SO because I LOVE to hear and see people FEEL better about themselves. For them to feel they are doing something for themselves, their family, for their future!
So what REAL personal selfish gains do I get? To hopefully live longer, healthier, and happy! AND if that’s wrong that I don’t want to be right 😉!
