5AM alarm came fast this AM…reset it for 5:30am that felt a little better. I laid there a few and thought ehhhh just lay here for the 30mins I planned to workout before my BUSY scheduled day ahead…BUT NOPE…MIND OVER MATTER…Think WHY did I plan to workout this AM make that WHY fuel your ambition to get up and get it done!
