Since it’s Friday & #Foodiefriday post I want to share another one of ‘My kind of YUMYUMS!’
Who doesn’t like cookie dough?! Try this more natural alternative!! I LOVE THIS STUFF!
Raw Cookie Dough
1 1/2 Cups Chickpeas
1 T Pure Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Nut Butter (almond, peanut, hazelnut-whichever you prefer)
1 & 1/4 Cups Pitted Dates
2 T Oats
1 T Milk
Mini Chocolate Chips (you call on how much)
In a cup, cover the dates with water-(the longer they sit the softer they get-I only soaked them the amount of time it took me to mix other ingredients)
Then add all ingredients (including the dates’ soaking liquid), except chocolate chips, to a food processor and blend until very smooth.
Add chocolate chips as desired & ENJOY!
