BElieve in YOUrself

So as a fitness instructor you teach a fitness class like a musician performs for their audience. YES you put your FULL SELF into your performance BUT you can’t BE SELFISH and make the performance about yourself -therefore- you don’t fully get the workout everyone else is getting OR the workout you would be getting if you were taking the class (or as my example -a musician sitting and enjoying a performance themselves).

I LOVE teaching~I love the company~ I love the atmosphere~ It truly is a passion of mine!

But to take my own words of wisdom I noted above ‘BE YOU ~ BElieve in YOUrself’ I made the choice to pick myself -make ME TIME (even if it is at 5/6am) BUT because I didn’t have time obviously to take many (if any) classes outside of teaching my own so I dove into the at home workout programs.
Like I mentioned in ‘My Story’ I’ve been a Beachbody home workout fanatic for a few years. I did the workouts at home (which I loved) but until I decided to become a coach I wasn’t really holding myself 100% accountable or getting 100% results (I would say I was getting 70%). I am still shocked at what I’ve accomplished for myself in 5months with dedication and determination!

When my first alarm goes off at 5am-OF COURSE I don’t want to get up-BUT if I don’t get working out my whole day is thrown off.

I DO THIS FOR MY SANITY-FOR MY FUTURE! Everyone has 30mins somewhere that they can schedule for themselves! The real struggle comes to WANT to use that time for yourself and for working out (vs. sitting in front if the tv or computer in a ‘cyber zone’). Don’t take the easy ineffective way out! BElieve in YOUrself!

I am 35 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother to a Beautiful Boy and my Rainbow Baby Girl. I am a dance and fitness instructor. I own a fitness studio where I offer a variety of fitness classes in the evenings. I recently have become a FULL TIME Fitness Coach after 3+ years of working as a Day Care Assistant after having my Son and leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. Fitness is my passion! I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout my both of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own and with Beachbody programs, live my dream of being a work from home mom (for most of the day), and teach at my studio (and other locations) in the evening. After the birth of my son I have worked hard to get my pre-preg. body back. Shaun T's T25 was initial program and then Tony's P90X3 BOTH which I loved the short affective times because with having a newborn baby that was EXACTLY what I needed. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT doing what I do! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
