Autumn Calabrese is a celebrity trainer, best-selling author, and working mom who has held certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA), and has competed at the national level in various  bikini competitions.

What do you need for this program?

You do not need a ton of space but you do need some equipment!
You need dumbbells {5-20lbs} for women depending on your strength
Pull up bar or over the door attachment for the resistance bands, and a 
weight bench or stability ball.
Optional Equipment and items would be The Team Beachbody Club Membership so you can access on Demand live streaming, The Beachbody Performance Line Supplements so that you can maximize your muscle recovery, performance and results.

Meet your coach ~ Sarah Hood! That’s ME! 🙂 First of all IM EXCITED you are reading this because you have a spark of interest in this FANTASTIC program and I as a fitness junkie CAN NOT rave enough about Beachbody programs! So.. how does the Accountability Group work? So what you’d do to get started is order a “Masters H&C Challenge Pack”.. which has everything in it you need to participate in the Challenge Group.. (more on that below!) (NOTE*** I have a SPECIFIC LINK you will need to get your goodies ordered.. so PLEASE contact me before ordering.. to ensure I can get you the best deal!) Once you have your goodies.. I get you added to the private Facebook group with where everyone starts Day 1 (we do a little preseason fun the week before starting with things such as meal planning, setting goals, taking before pictures/measurements, etc. ) and I coach everyone through the program daily… Each morning I will post Wellness Tips…motivational stuff.. healthy recipes.. meal planning help.. nutrition info.. etc… Everyone roots for each other and motivates each other and it keeps you accountable and you’re more likely to stick with the program this way.. it’s a blast!! It goes for 8 weeks.. workouts are all on DVDs and are 30-40minutes. It’s 6 workouts for the week-1 rest day! You can be anywhere in the US or Canada to join! All workouts are done in the comfort of your own home on your own time.
