22 Minute Hard Corps is your no-nonsense, boot-camp-butt-kicking fitness program. Legendary trainer Tony Horton has created a challenging, but simple to follow workout program inspired by training program techniques used in the military. Each workout is a quick–and intense–total body drill designed to get participants “boot camp fit” in just 8 weeks. Each day of the program consists of a series of total body rounds within the 22 minute workout window, rotating through functional resistance, cardio, and core focused workouts

You get eight short workouts, 6 days a week—so your mind never gets bored, and your body never adapts. The workouts feature a unique blend of cardio and resistance training that targets multiple major muscle groups in your body and can help you get shredded fast.

Meet your coach ~ Sarah Hood! That’s ME! 🙂 First of all IM EXCITED you are reading this because you have a spark of interest in this FANTASTIC program and I as a fitness junkie CAN NOT rave enough about Beachbody programs! So.. how does the Accountability Group work? So what you’d do to get started is order a “22 Hard Corps Challenge Pack”.. which has everything in it you need to participate in the Challenge Group.. Once you have your goodies.. I get you added to the private Facebook group with where everyone starts Day 1 (we do a little preseason fun the week before starting with things such as meal planning, setting goals, taking before pictures/measurements, etc. ) and I coach everyone through the program daily… Each morning I will post Wellness Tips…motivational stuff.. healthy recipes.. meal planning help.. nutrition info.. etc… Everyone roots for each other and motivates each other and it keeps you accountable and you’re more likely to stick with the program this way.. it’s a blast!! It goes for 8 weeks.. workouts are all on DVDs and are 22minutes. It’s 6 workouts for the week-1 rest day! You can be anywhere in the US or Canada to join! All workouts are done in the comfort of your own home on your own time.
