Today I •SAT• a lot 🙃 LOL. I was catching up on some ‘to dos’ AND was working on my awesome challenge that I preparing to officially start on Monday.
I’ve got 29 people starting with me tomorrow in my TRANSFORM:2019 group AND I can NOT wait to see them start to transform themselves and everyday this year work to a new version of themselves!!

So as I committed lots of time and focus with that today I KNEW I had to get my workout in when I started to feel antsy and that “on edge” feeling.
It’s for real. My body was saying GET UP and MOVE (it may not have been the run I had planned due to the rain BUT it was movement) AND GUESS WHAT!!?? It felt fantastic!! #endorphins. Workout/Day 8 #of365.
PS. If you can relate to that edgy, ants in your pants feeling…might I suggest you get up and move-get your heart beating a bit faster and get some fresh oxygen pumping through your body! Its so worth it!}
