Hello Beautiful Mommas 🙂 👋🏻 New Mommas- New AGAIN Mommas- Mommas with babes you can’t fit your lap anymore!

Let me ask 🙂 are you starting to feel like your normal self again (besides the lack of sleep you may be experiencing!)? Are you ready to fit back into those pre-pregnancy clothes? Maybe you’re in that “in-between” stage where your pregnancy clothes don’t fit right NOR do the pre-pregnancy clothes lol (that’s me ✋🏻).

Maybe you’re not sure you can commit to daily workouts with the unpredictable schedule of a new babe. Maybe you’re NOT SURE WHERE to start?! My first class back to teaching and first workouts for me were yoga (slow & steady & great for your pelvic floor 😉)

I LOVE having a library of choices right at my fingertips for whatever strikes my mood for the day. For whatever my body may need. For when I’m ready to just do some 1:1 with my babe or my Son OR go more slow and tone style OR feeling strong and ready for a major sweat sesh. I’ve got SOMETHING for EVERYONE!!

I’m looking for some fellow mamas who are ready to find the strong fit mamas inside of you just waiting to bust out!;) — 20Minutes a day is what I’m planning on doing 🙌🏻. How’s that sound to you? Doable!? 👍🏻👍🏻

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
