When it comes to eating —> deprivation <— is so common when people are trying to lose weight! THAT usually back fires in ones face!

It’s about making CHOICES my friends! Maybe it’s just a healthier version or less in portion. But don’t go into that mindset of depriving yourself so much that you go crazy with craving it WHICH leads to binging.

Here’s an example of giving something else a try! Just look for alternatives and remember the CLEANER you eat the better food tastes!
(Ie. Cheez-its now taste like cardboard to me but before I easily polished off half a box before even realizing it).
