Today myself and 15 other ladies are starting an 8 week challenge to ourselves.

I’ve been doing a few “sneak peak” workouts to this new workout for the past couple weeks now. I feel great at how much stronger my core is getting just from focusing on a little extra core a few days a week.

STRENGTH is crucial to me. My core -YOUR CORE- is what keeps us sitting up, standing tall, staying strong. Honor it. Love it.

I may not get the lean abs I had about a year ago (right before I found out I was pregnant 🤰🏻)BUT I can work towards the best me possible 💜! 8 Weeks of commitment. Focus. Follow through!
