Iāll never understand when I hear an adult say āIām working on my nutrition and eating betterā -YET will hand their kids something theyāve decided they shouldnāt eat themselves anymore. OR SAY I canāt buy āhealthy food for meā and buy the other stuff for the rest of my family. NO š – everyone should learn to eat healthier choices for your HEALTHSAKE. Iām not one for depriving yourself of a tasty treat or maybe your FAV FOOD. BUT I am one for making it yourself – knowing whatās IN IT – appropriate balance and portions.
