WELLLLLL recently Iāve been pointing out and encouraging you to check out your nutrition labels. ALOT of things have added ingredients. Ones that arenāt even necessary AND if you fear the taste not being the same … thatās only because the taste buds are looking for that sugar or other added ingredients.

Once you start eating ācleanerā and more pure, the taste buds start to adjust, and you will find you donāt need the other stuff!

So looking at Soy Sauce. I grabbed some bottles we had in our cabinet. I strictly use liquid aminos now that Iāve discovered it and LOVE IT! I use it for cooking, for salads, for dressings, etc.

If you look at the couple other bottles here youāll see things such as Corn Syrup (sugarāsurprising? Not to me), WHEAT, SALT (why more salt?!), Corn Protein, Coloring, and MORE!

Gluten allergy? Make sure you check your Soy Sauce!

My Liquid Aminos is strictly water and soybeans (AND NON-GMO). Thatās all!

Soooo….give it a try! Of course you may have expectations of flavor from the other stuff BUT looking to eat better and avoid ADDED ingredients – give it a go!
