🤔So I just had this thought early this morning as I laid in bed at 5:45am telling myself to GET UP!
.
There’s two things I hear ALOT!
.
1⃣ I have no ambition and/or motivation to_________ (usually has to do with some sort of self care)
2⃣ I am really unhappy at my job
.
Stay with me…I’ll take you on a ride through my brain and what these two things have in common.
.
I have BEEN THERE with both areas! I feel BLESSED and VERY grateful that I am currently very HAPPY with my Job as a Coach & Fitness Instructor (as I sit here at my studio waiting for my 9am class). It honestly feels weird to say I get paid to do something I really truly love doing with others – but it is true!
.
As for ambition and motivation EVERYONE struggles with this. Sometimes it’s harder than other times. BUT I HAVE NEVER met someone that didn’t have a day in their life they just didn’t feel like doing something or felt lack of motivation.
.
So here’s where my mind makes this connect.
.
➡️ How many of you get up anyway DESPITE disliking or even HATING your job and go to it anyway?! (I know I’ve been there ✋🏻).
⏹ Practically everyone right (or you wouldn’t have a job)
.
You go because:
1. Bills need to be paid &/or
2. Need Health Insurance &/or
3. Retirement &/or
4. …list can go on…
*️⃣Those are enough motivating factors to make you push through that dreaded feeling and go.*️⃣
