Do what you love…

Are you doing what you love? .

I posted this question last week and this week I couldn’t help but think as I watched some of these shows at Disney, Universal, & Seaworld…now THESE people ARE (probably) LOVING what they do (swimming with dolphins, performing, etc)

.

Sometimes it takes sacrifice to do what you love. Sometimes that can be scary and uncomfortable. The unknown of will it work? Will it be worth the sacrifice? Will I leave family and friends? Will I have to move? Will it be a big investment?

.

Whether a huge change/sacrifice or a small one… I think it’s important to have some passion in what you do. Maybe some real deep self-evaluation is due! It may not be something someone else sees as a big deal BUT if it means something to YOU then maybe it’s worth the energy and investment of change!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
