I get it!.

CHANGE IS CHALLENGING!

.

Saying good by to bad habits is challenging.

Saying no to that candy bar or cookie WHEN IT SMELLS SO GOOD is challenging.

Not drinking as many glasses of wine or beer is challenging.

Getting out of bed before the sun rises is challenging.

Losing 10+ lbs with daily commitment of cleaner eating and exercise is challenging.

Finding out that you have a LIFESTYLE INDUCED illness is deflating and challenging.

Not being able to keep up with your kids is mentally, emotionally, physically challenging.

Not feeling comfortable and confident in your own skin and feeling the need to cover up, or worse yet, not go out…is challenging.

Feeding your emotions is challenging.

Having NO energy or desire to do things is challenging.

Everyone can claim something in their life is challenging.

BUT you know what…CHANGE can’t be spelt without CHAlleNGE!

.

Life can be hard! Sometimes we get dealt cards we can’t explain or understand BUT MOST of the time…WE CAN choose our hard!

.

You can make a choice…a choice to CHANGE or to remain the same! A choice to continue to feel one or more of those listed above OR make an effort to CHANGE!

.

I need you to embrace the hard and push past it! It may seem impossible BUT change that attitude and outlook to ‘Im Possible’!

.

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
