So there’s this NEW group I’ve got starting NEXT WEEK and the way I run my groups is by HONORING each persons abilities and goals!.

What do I mean by that? Well, some join for:

-Accountability Support

-or the extra challenge and push

-Some do Yoga

-Some do high intensity workouts

-sometimes it’s weight focused

-sometimes it’s muscle-tone focused

-alwayyyssss nutrition focused!

This round is a BIT different because for those who NEED to BREAK a plateau OR really need to kick it into high gear and drop some lbs. THIS ROUND we will be implementing a NEW EASY-TO DO, ALREADY SPELT OUT meal plan that paired up with daily activity has been nothing but amazing!

GUESS WHAT!! It’s still normal food too! Just ramped up in focus!! 3 weeks worth of shopping lists, for 5 meals a day, for the next 21 days! 

.

I started it today to SEE exactly for myself what my Rockstars will be experiencing!! So far I’ve had a yummy breakfast (eggs, kale, cheese), a yummy *chocolate milkshake*, a yummy lunch (carrots, lettuce, tuna, black beans, avocado), and now another snack until dinner (apple and PB).

That’s easy right? NOOOO cabbage soup for 5 meals a day for days on end! Real food. Real deal. Real results. 

.

I take pride in being a coach and feel it’s part of my responsibilities to KNOW how it’ll feel and be BEFORE my Rockstars start! I knew it’d be good!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
