168 hrs a week
Now if we broke down those hours MORE OR LESS (don’t get all technical now)
40 hrs work
56 hrs sleep (or less here if you don’t get 8hrs/night)
42 commute, eating, engagements etc
That leaves 30hrs/week — that’s a little over 4hrs a day!!
Noowwww in those 4hrs a day. DO YOU REALLY FEEL THAT Y. O. U. are not worth taking 30-45mins of it for YOUR HEALTH benefit?!?
I’m not just talking Fitness. I’m talking nutrition, mind,body, spirit….maybe you’ve counted fitness in that 42hr portion. Or your meal planning in there. Or down time reading. BUT SOMEWHERE IN YOUR DAY — THERE IS SOME TIME– you can BLOCK OUT for YOU!!
Time is going to continue moving whether you take action or not. Sooooo consider it like gold and USE IT wisely.
