How often are we comparing ourselves to others and wishing the same upon ourselves.

Whether it’s money, job, house, family, health…it all boils down to using that energy of “comparing and complaining” and utilize it to “water your own grass”!

One thing I’ve heard recently was “You only live once so why waste the time on be stressed about what you eat”.

My response to that is– IT’s ONLY stressful if you let it be!! We need to EAT to live! Not LIVE to eat!!

ENJOY your foods. I’m not telling you that you can’t – {I LOVE my Chocolate} BUT to EAT to LIVE – mentality is important [Eat appropriate balance of food types–Im not just surviving off of chocolate!!] Just look at the millions of health related issues that by JUST WATCHING what we eat can be helped and sometimes reversed. It’s NOT ALL about the scale, inches, pants size BUT to LIVE healthier lives with the ones we love!!
