Today I was selfish!.

Today I took 75minutes of non-stop:

•self reflection

•self challenge

•self connection

•self searching

•self focus

.

I allowed myself to TURN off my mind and give 100% into myself!

.

Today’s mindset focus was: Little Goals

.

The yoga instructor pointed out a good point. That sometimes we get caught up in the BIG PICTURE. It’s not “small” to set small goals in life. We always put so much on ourselves that it’s good to focus on little goals that give us that satisfactory sense of success and accomplishment. Sometimes those little goals are what we need to really focus on to HIT this big REACH FOR THE STARS goals!!

.

I believe in dreaming big and reaching for the stars. BUT I also believe in working towards those little goals and setting yourself up for success and not for failure!

.

This sign was up while I left class today and it fit well with my focus today 👍🏻😍. Soooo in closing. Don’t feel bad to set some little goals. Reach them and feel good! Day by day. Action by action. ☺️

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
