I have 30 Rockstars in my current #MissionIMpossible round.
I asked a question yesterday, triggering some Self-Checking and Self-Evaluation.
“Where do you find your struggle!? Where are you 1/2 a$$-ing your efforts??”
Goals will remain goals if we don’t GIVE INTO the effort needed to reach those goals!!
I have to share one of the posts that was shared in my group. This is why I LOVE what I do!! It’s NOT just ME “Coaching” and spitting out motivational messages and tips/tricks daily. IT’S TEAM motivation and inspiration!!

.

My daily MISSION’s I give my group allow each other to open up and to share relatable information or maybe that extra motivation others need to hear!

.

My groups are open to ALL ages, abilities, passions, goals-setters, AND the beautiful thing we all share in common IS the #mindset that WE MATTER and that WE NEED to do this for ourselves!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
