Attention Coffee addicts! Is this you??

I used to drink so much caffeine before I had my Son. Once pregnant that was cut out 98%. That was a big adjustment. Caffeine withdrawals lol.

Fast forward 3+ years….caffeine creeped back into my routine. I was mostly half-caf coffee BUT then full octane became routine again. I noticed I was starting to rely on it again and when I would have to much it would really bother me. Jitters. Crashes. Etc.

Recently I cut it back out again and now currently trying to make other choices to not fall back into that habit (vs. needing that caffeine for energy) I decided to just BOOST my shakes. It gives me the energy but not the crash or jitters.
I can’t believe I forgot how good this stuff is!!! It’s whole food ingredients – no artificial crap – just whole food goodness!

So cup of decaf coffee to satisfy my flavor craving and some focused energy to boost my shake…BAM I’m good to go!
