CHEERS {insert clink sound πŸ˜†}.

Wanna know my secret to having good energy, less cravings, better hair-nails-skin, regular digestion (oh. Yup. I went there), JUST BETTER overall Health!!??
I feed my body what it NEEDS and craves to function as its best!  
Vitamins, Minerals, Prebiotics, Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes, Adaptogen Herbs, Superfoods, Phytonutrients, Antioxidants, Amino Acids.
WHAT ARE THOSE WORDS!??
Let me break it down. It’s everything the body wants and needs for best function. Healthy Gut = Happy Body! Fed muscles, supported immune system. It’s all the GOOD STUFF found in WHOLE FOOD that our body craves and needs to run balanced and at optimal level.

I’ve been a shake person for a LONG time. I’ve been doing the shake and smoothie thing for at least 15years BUT I learned how to do it the most INEXPENSVIE way, the way with ingredients that I couldn’t find in stores near me {and add them in for amazing health benefits}, AND the way to always ENJOY the taste vs the trial and error method. I’ve been using this ‘Easy method’ for just about 3 years and I continue to feel amazing!

Here’s the #truth. If I didn’t believe in it. Trust it. Love it. I wouldn’t be investing in it ESPECIALLY for the past 3 consistent years!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
