Ironic we just got back from Universal and visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter has triggered a Harry Potter Marathon at my house. One of the movies is playing as I am doing some work and this line was stated.

As things continue to be a roller coaster for me I’m a believe in Faith and Time! I know God had a plan, my Angel Baby is with him, and he has a plan for me. During my sad times I find it the hardest to ‘turn on the light’ until SOMETHING resets my mindset. So that being said I’m a believer of little signs that help reset our mindset too.

This quote reminded me as I just said that WE do have control…as hard as it may seem…or as empty as we may feel…we must remember the light!
I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
