Repetition CREATES greatness!!
I’m at such an amazing conference currently. So much my brain is just swelling and the fire inside of me is being fueled more and more!
So much confirmation that what I am doing, my passion, my job, is what I’m meant to be doing!!
Why do I show up everyday??
Why do I post on my page my journey?
Why do I share my ‘life journal’?
Why do I KEEP asking you to CARE for yourself?
WHY DO I keep encouraging you to join me?
Why do I share the life changes of fellow lifers??
Why?
Maybe it annoys you BUT then maybe it INSPIRES you!
But — really — why I do it –>Because repetition creates greatness!!
I GROW!! MY TEAM GROWS!! MY LIFERS GROW!! I pray that more WILL join me and grow!! So I will continue to post and share and post and share and post and share BECAUSE I KNOW what greatness can come out from those who I just may reach each and every day!
I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
