Every’BODY’ is different

I was talking to somebody this morning about fitness which triggered my #TransformationTuesday (& little bit of a throwback). We talked about weight gain and how {#fact} it’s frustrating to lose weight put on. We’ve talked about our experiences with being pregnant and I shared how I gained 30lbs and that scared the crap out of me {#thetruth}. .

I had already worked on getting to my healthy ideal weight though the years before (between ages 18-24 ~ the uneducated and I don’t care mentality + crazy odd work schedule = +15 unhealthy lbs. [on my 5’1″ body] through those years).
~Now before the haters hate. Unhealthy lbs is unhealthy lbs. whether 15 or 50. It’s the compound effect and whether you do something or continue to let that ‘mindset’ hold control it can continue to compound. I’m grateful I didn’t let that happen. I took control. So can you!~
So now I was at MY healthiest and BEST I ever felt and I was BLESSED with becoming pregnant with my Son. I didn’t know how or what my body was going to do or change. Our bodies go through such changes internally and externally and every’body’ is different.

.

She said to me “it doesn’t even look like I ever had a child”. I said I contribute that to my dedication and devotion to my health during my pregnancy.

.

I can’t stand to see when someone uses pregnancy as an excuse. I get it. We all have different pregnancy experiences BUT it’s not an excuse –> it’s a reason. All the reason to make healthier choices. DO THE BEST and make the BEST CHOICES you can make. PLUS when you do make those better choices….it’s less worry and stress in long run!!
So reset your mindset! Make the choice to change. It’s not to late! Time. Dedication. Determination! It’s all about the choices you choose to make!! πŸ˜‰ #joinme #whynot #h2tfitnesswithsarah

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
