Sushi Lovers?? 🍣 
So for our New Years Eve festivities my Husband and I decided to make sushi. To make it easier (lol) we went with bite size Sushi Sliders…

Ingredients:

Sushi Grade Salmon, Tuna, or other preferred fish

Cucumbers 

Avocado 

Sushi Rice (+ rice vinegar/sugar)

Eek Sauce

Spicy Mayo

Soy sauce

Wasabi (optional) 
So here’s a few I made for the guests. 
If you avoid rice like myself I just enjoyed mine with the 1st 3 on my ingredient list. 
Just layer it up–> cucumber, avocado, sushi rice, sushi fish of choice, drizzle with sauce(s). 
Wasabi & soy sauce on side if you’d like for a little dip. Yummy!!

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
