We all have them…insecurities about ourselves: I’m too fat. I’m to skinny. My arms jiggle when I wave. My butt is too big. Why can’t I have abs like her’s?
Toss that SELF HATE and SELF-DOUBT out the door and stop comparing yourself to others. God created everyone in his eyes. Perfection he sees. Stop using your insecurities as reasons to be down and use it as fuel and start doing something GOOD for yourself!! LOVE YOURSELF for who you are because that’s what makes you unique! You can make efforts to change yourself! You still won’t look like “him” or “her” (because you’re not them)BUT you WILL look like YOU with more confidence!
I repeat –> Loving yourself means treating yourself right, so if there’s something you want to improve about your health and fitness, do it – but do it for YOU – not to look like anyone else.
My SURVIVOR challenge is starting NEXT WEEK! YOU ARE a Survivor of these self-doubting thoughts!! My passion is helping a people like you achieve their health and fitness goals. Let me know if YOU ARE ready!! We started gearing up and we’re ready to GO & you’re more than welcome to join!
I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
