This is a big step for Baby B. He doesn’t like getting his hands ‘dirty’. This is the 2nd time he’s been ‘ok’ with self painting his hands. So proud of my little man for getting vulnerable (although he can’t conceptualize that term) and allowing himself to be OK with something that usually makes him uncomfortable.
It really is as simple as that. Child or adult. We have to be ok with getting vulnerable and allowing ourselves to step out of that box, try something challenging or new, for him it was painting his hands…for me or for you WHAT could be the next thing we overcome and get comfortable or ‘ok’ with!?

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
