I just spent the morning and afternoon with my team WHICH I LOVED doing!! #fightforit Such a positive message was given today that over 800 people I’m certain related to in some way. Had such an awesome LIVE workout with the creators of #CoredeForce (MMA inspired total body butt kicking workout!!)
What are you fighting for? Fighting for yourself? Your family? Your future? Your job? Your ….? What in your life are you fighting for AND are you truly fighting for it?!
When you search the definition of core you’ll find a definition saying “the central or most important part of something”. Are you fighting for the most important thing -of- OR -for- yourself??
I’m always saying strong core=strong body. One needs to be strong to withstand the low blows (physical, emotional, & mental).
It’s full circle. Today everything connected. Fighting for ‘It’, force of your fight, Core de Force, Strong core! It all makes sense when you look within your own ‘core’.
So you know what…it all comes down to YOUR BELIEF! Do you believe in yourself AND believe in what’s worth fighting for!?

I am 40 yrs. old -a Wife and Mother of 4 (Funny Double Digit Boy, my Rainbow Baby Sassy Girl, my Blue Eyed Silly Boy, and my Sweet-as-can-be Baby Girl). Once a dance instructor and fitness studio owner (closed the doors in 2020). I found my passion in Fitness and Coaching after leaving my Emotionally Taxing Case Management Position. I love to work out on my own AND with others! Throughout all 5 of my pregnancies I continued to work out on my own, run, and with Beachbody programs. I know and understand the self discipline it takes to achieve your desired goals and I am still on that path and have my struggles as everyone else does! I love to offer my support to my clientele with group fitness classes I offer in my community and I feel we work as a team all together to HELP each other. I LOVE offering my support via the web too as I REACH other people that I can't physically see. IT IS AMAZINGLY rewarding and I can't imagine NOT having that as part of my life! Im currently on my postpartum journey once again and so GRATEFUL and BLESSED to live this healthy lifestyle, lead by example for my family, and support others on their journey too!
